Supply chain finance is a process of providing credit and financing services to upstream and downstream enterprises with core enterprises as the leading role.China's supply chain finance has gradually become an effective way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,which has changed the credit mode of banks to a single enterprise.In order to meet the growing demand for financing,supply chain finance in China is constantly developing and innovating.In recent years,with the development of information technology,the development direction of China's supply chain finance tends to platform,large enterprises,commercial banks,logistics enterprises,e-commerce and so on have established the supply chain finance platform;With the rise of blockchain and Internet of things,a new type of third-party supply chain financial platform,which combines traditional supply chain finance with the third-party platform,has emerged,opening up a new financing service mode,This has significantly improved the financing efficiency,made up for many defects of the current supply chain financial platform in China,and achieved a win-win situation for all participants in the chain.For China's supply chain financial market,the birth of the third-party financial platform has full significance of development and development,It has practical and theoretical significance to study it.This paper uses case study method to write,which is divided into five parts.First,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper.Then,it combs the relevant literature,including the meaning,operation mode,risk and platform of supply chain finance,and reviews the literature on this basis.Then,from the perspective of development process,market scale,etc This paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain finance in China,and summarizes four typical supply chain finance platforms in China.Next is the case analysis of cloud chain of Chinese enterprises.This paper introduces the operation mode ofcloud chain of Chinese enterprises more intuitively in the form of flow chart,using SWOT The model makes a detailed study of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the cloud chain of Chinese enterprises,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the listed disadvantages and threats.Finally,it draws the conclusion that with the continuous improvement of national policies and financial system laws and regulations,and the continuous enrichment of market competition,the development of supply chain finance will become more diversified,no matter from the perspective of supply chain finance From the perspective of financial market development or enterprise development demand,the third-party supply chain financial platform represented by cloud chain of Chinese enterprises will gradually rise and mature!In the process of combing the relevant literature,this paper finds that scholars' research on the supply chain financial platform mainly focuses on four types of typical platforms,as follows: first,the supply chain financial platform dominated by core enterprises;second,the supply chain financial platform dominated by financial institutions;third,the supply chain financial platform dominated by e-commerce;fourth,the logistics enterprise Supply chain platform.The research on the third-party supply chain financial platform is still a relatively new research field.In view of this,this paper,based on a full understanding of the concept of supply chain finance and the typical types of supply chain financial platform,will select a representative Chinese Enterprise Cloud chain as the case study object,and analyze the operation mode and problems of the third-party supply chain financial platform in China,And put forward a series of effective countermeasures and suggestions,in order to supplement the lack of this part of the literature,to provide reference for the development of supply chain financial platform in China.
