At present,the development trend of banking business is fierce,and the phenomenon of digging people between banks and financial industry is more and more prominent,which leads to the serious turnover tendency of grassroots personnel in commercial banks in recent years.As the most critical factor for commercial banks to carry out market competition,human resource management is an important part of the development of commercial banks.However,due to the influence of various internal and external factors,turnover and job hopping have become the "new normal" of bank grassroots employees.However,grass-roots employees often play a strong creativity in the organization,and gradually grow into the backbone of the organization,and become an indispensable backbone force in the organization.Therefore,the adverse impact of the resignation of grass-roots employees on the organization is self-evident.High turnover rate will have a negative impact on the sustainable development of the bank,and the loss of employees not only means the loss of their own skills,but also means the loss of high-quality customer resources closely related to these employees.At the same time,employee turnover has broken the balance of the original daily work of Bank of China HD branch and hindered the development of the bank,which has also become the bottleneck of the further development of Bank of China HD branch.Therefore,how to motivate and retain grass-roots employees to create value for the organization has become an important issue of human resource management in banking industry.The ultimate purpose of this paper is to reduce the turnover intention of grassroots employees in order to promote the development of Bank of China HD branch.Based on the review of the relevant theories,this paper compiles a questionnaire to measure the influencing factors of turnover intention of grass-roots employees.Through the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire and the sorting and analysis of the data,this paper further excavates the factors influencing turnover intention from the aspects of salary distribution,performance appraisal,promotion factors,the relationship between superiors and subordinates and work pressure,and finds out the factors influencing turnover intention of employees On this basis,it puts forward targeted suggestions to improve employee compensation system,establish areasonable performance appraisal mechanism,improve the existing promotion system,improve management mode and reduce the work pressure of employees,so as to improve the human resource management level of Bank of China HD branch and reduce the turnover rate of grassroots employees of Bank of China HD branch.
