Chinese economic achievements have attracted worldwide attention in recent decades,the level of development and world influence have been improved unprecedentedly.The experience of China which is the second largest economy in the world shows that the economic growth is closely related to the implementation of the opening-up policy.As the center of economic exchange,the banking industry plays an extremely important role,especially the development of international business of commercial banks,which provides convenience for economic subjects and promotes the development of foreign economy.Therefore,more and more commercial banks begin to focus on international business.To some extent,carrying out international business can expand the international influence of banks,it can help banks to occupy a larger market share,face the international market,it should be tapped their own potential constantly and adapted to the future development while participating in the competition.Handan H Bank Co.,Ltd.is the only first class legal person financial institution with international business qualification in Handan city.The process of financial internationalization is speeding up,forming a unique international business characteristics.However,in the process of adapting to the new changes of the international economic situation in recent years,Handan H Bank has encountered some outstanding problems,such as the decline of profitability,the loss of internal talents,the lack of product innovation,and the imperfection of system construction.If the above problems can't be solved well,long-term and stable development will be impossible.Based on the theory of modern strategic management,based on field research and a large number of domestic and foreign research literature,comparing the data with the actual cases,using PEST analysis,Porter's five forces model and SWOT model,this paper analyzes the current situation of international business operation of Handan H Bank to support the point of view of the article,it clarifies the development strategic positioning and objectives,formulates six strategies,including customer first,active marketing,core products,talent development,science and technology support,brand service,puts forward pertinence strong and operable specific implementation guarantee which can conducive to h bank to speed up the transformation of ideas,identify market positioning,give full play to its own advantages and deal with practical difficulties.
