| Compared with traditional internal audit,the new internal audit pays more attention to the value-added of the organization and adopts a more standardized method to implement internal audit.The goal of internal audit has gradually shifted from financial auditing to operational auditing,with a greater focus on improving the level of risk management and value added.At present,enterprises should make full use of the results of internal audit,optimize internal audit measures,and achieve steady development of enterprises.On this basis,this paper analyzes the value-added path of internal audit according to the actual situation of Y Group.This paper mainly analyzes the internal audit value-added path of Y Group,and based on the relevant research status in China and abroad,based on the internal audit value-added related theory,from the actual problems,analyzes the needs of Y enterprise internal audit value-added,mainly related to the internal audit value-added Sex and feasibility,discussed the status quo and problems of Y Group internal audit value-added.Through analysis,it is found that the problems existing in the internal audit value-added of Y Group mainly involve the establishment of internal audit institutions,the proportion of internal auditors and internal audit risk management.On this basis,this paper proposes corresponding internal audit value-added path recommendations,including improving the independence of internal audit,optimizing the structure of internal auditors,and establishing a risk-oriented audit model to better realize the value-added of internal audit.It is also hoped that the research in this paper can play an active role in the development of Y Group and other value-added internal audit companies. |
