Research On The Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of The Tourism Industry Efficiency In The Three Provinces Of Northeast China

With the advent of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the transformation of China's economy from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,the tourism industry,as the strategic pillar industry of national economy and happiness industry serving the people's better life,has gradually been concerned about its transformation,upgrading,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.Under the background of the new era,the traditional extensive development mode has been difficult to support the sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry.The growth of tourism economy can no longer rely solely on the increase of input factors,but also focus on efficiency improvement to promote the efficient and high-quality development of tourism industry.At the same time,the imbalance of regional development is also a realistic problem faced by China's economic and tourism development.The revitalization of the northeast in the new era is a comprehensive and all-round revitalization.Tourism industry is an important engine for optimizing the economic structure,serving the people's better life,and helping the revitalization of the northeast,and the balanced and coordinated development of the region.Therefore,under the background of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast and the wave of vigorous development of the tourism industry in the three northeastern provinces,it is necessary and urgent to study the efficiency of tourism industry since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast.This study takes the tourism industry efficiency of the three northeastern provinces as the research object,on the basis of relevant concepts and theoretical research,combined with the development situation of the tourism industry in the three northeastern provinces,uses the data envelopment analysis to build the evaluation model of the tourism industry efficiency,and comprehensively analyzes the actual level,changing trend and spatiotemporal pattern of the tourism industry efficiency in the three northeastern provinces since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast.At the same time,it makes a comparative analysis based on the whole country to reflect the specific situation of the tourism industry efficiency in the three northeastern provinces from different scales.And on the basis of the previous research,combined with the actual situation to select the influencing factors of the efficiency,using panel data model to identify and analyze them,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to more accurately and reasonably reveal the influencing factors of the tourism industry efficiency in the three northeastern provinces to clarify the path to improve the efficiency level.The research results show that the overall efficiency of the tourism industry in the three northeastern provinces has been increasing since the implementation of strategy of revitalizing the northeast,but the change of the overall efficiency is in a state of fluctuation and does not show a significant change law.The total factor productivity of tourism mainly benefits from technological progress and has maintained constant growth.From the perspective of the whole country,the efficiency level of the three northeastern provinces in the four major economic regions has the trend of first rising and then falling.The relative influence degree of decomposition efficiency on overall efficiency has changed during the research period,and the correlation between technical efficiency and overall efficiency is becoming stronger and stronger,which reflects the growing scale efficiency and the urgency of improving technical efficiency.At the same time,it confirms the late development advantage of the rising efficiency of tourism industry and the relative dependence on factor driving in the three northeastern provinces.Liaoning Province is relatively leading in terms of its overall efficiency level and its growth,stability of efficiency change,etc.The inter city differences of the changes of the overall efficiency of the three northeastern provinces fluctuate,but the overall differences tend to narrow.The overall efficiency levels and stability of Benxi and Dandong in the golden cities are relatively high,which can be referenced by other cities.The impact on the tourism industry efficiency in the three northeastern provinces comes from multiple dimensions.In addition to the supply and demand of tourism and the level of tourism development,it will also be affected by the external factors from the economic,social and policy aspects.
