Taxation keeps reforming for the constantly developing economic society.Taxation informatization is playing a supporting role as foundation among this historical process.It's good for modernization progress of overall taxation,and helpful to grand improvement on tax collection and management.The change of taxation management is benefited from the progress of taxation informatization,which comprehensively improves the taxation management level on every level.The construction of taxation informatization in our nation has made required construction on aspects of maintaining substantial increase of taxation income for years running,completing taxpayer service system,deepening taxation management,promoting development of harmonious society.After the combination of national tax and local tax,the barrier of data between national tax and local tax is thoroughly eliminated,risk control capacity is increased better.Local tax may also combine port with industry and commerce,social insurance anytime.Thus the big data obtained by taxation institutions could be truer and more effective.Relevant works on taxation collection and management could be into controllable range,and taxation informatization develops to the level which suitable for current demands.With this background,it's inexorable trend to achieve systemic comprehensive optimization.The high quality taxation modernization which we are chasing for is gradually unmatched to undeveloped management tools,which is a grand problem that we have to face.Xundian Taxation Bureau has to seek for the informationalized development direction on taxation collection and management,by managing human resource in high efficiency and reforming techniques to achieve the climacteric of management,break through the dilemma on taxation management and step into taxation modernization.This thesis applied new public service,information asymmetry,governmental process reenginnering and other theories,by teasing and concluding current situation on taxation collection and management informatization works of Xundian Taxation Bureau,to analyze difficulties and thoughts of grass-rooted taxation organs while developing informatization on collection and management.Among which,bright spots and innovations are discovered,common characteristics are found from individual cases,suggestions with great feasibility are raised by scientific discussion.In this way,informatization of taxation collection and management could actuallypromote taxation to a higher degree,and solve the problem about how to well combine application of information technology and tax law enforcement,and play a better role & value of informatization on management and collection in taxation industry with the foundation of modern goal-manage taxation according to law.And finally,actually and effectively improve working efficiency and save management source,and achieve the coordination between both.
