Research On The Construction Of Service-oriented Tax Authorities Based On Taxpayer Satisfaction Surveys

Under the influence of the idea of "people standard ",service-oriented tax authorities have become an important direction of the reform of contemporary tax authorities,which is related to the vital interests of thousands of taxpayers.The construction of service-oriented tax authorities not only meets the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s administrative system reform,but also meets the actual needs of taxpayers.The construction of service-oriented tax authorities in line with the needs of taxpayers can help to improve the efficiency of collection and management,reduce the cost of collection,and achieve tax law compliance.To this end,the tax authorities continue to strengthen the work measures,do everything possible to improve the satisfaction of taxpayers,building service-oriented tax authorities.Based on the new theory of public administration,the new theory of public service and the theory of hierarchy of needs,this paper uses the method of literature research and questionnaire survey to W the county tax bureau as the research object,and from the perspective of independent third party.By calculating the proportion of satisfaction rate and regression analysis,regression analysis,we get the W county tax bureau which work is done well and which work needs to be improved,so as to analyze the W county service according to the statistical results Based on the advanced experience of foreign service-oriented tax authorities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions including entity tax,electronic tax,tax collection and management,propaganda and guidance,benefit to the people.Through the research,we can know that only by integrating the concept of serving the people into the whole process of tax administration can the tax authorities improve the satisfaction of taxpayers and build a service-oriented tax authority that meets the needs of taxpayers.
