Research On Modular Construction And Management Mode Of Iron Tower Engineering Project

With the vigorous development of China’s telecom industry,the vigorous construction of the three operators has caused repeated investment,serious waste of resources,and difficulties in the settlement of shared rental fees,and so on.In order to solve this problem,the state has concentratedly constructed and managed the iron towers and related infrastructure in the telecommunications industry to form iron tower construction projects.The implementation of such projects is greatly affected by the regional geological environment,and the requirements for construction quality and safety are high.How to complete such projects faster and better is an urgent problem to be solved in the entire communication industry.In order to improve the management efficiency of iron tower engineering projects,this paper studies the modular construction and management mode for iron tower engineering projects.This paper first analyzes the modular management concept through literature research,and introduces the modular concept into the project management reality,which is used as the theoretical basis for modular project management.Subsequently,this paper conducts research on the modular management of iron tower projects,focusing on the overall framework,key points and specific content of the implementation steps,and comparing the traditional project management methods with modular project management,pointing out the implementation of modular project management.necessity.Based on the above research,this paper further studies the implementation mode of modular management of iron tower engineering project from the perspective of the construction mode of customer order driving,module combination scheme,business platform procurement,internet management and control,and single station cost collection.The project management characteristics after adopting this implementation mode,that is,the project construction process is simpler and more efficient,the program is more standard and more operable,and is more conducive to the realization of construction standardization and supervision of the Internet.Finally,this paper analyzes the actual implementation of the modular project management under the JS company affiliated to the company,and builds the product module library,service module library,solution library and The modular form presentation and other aspects show the transparency and efficiency of modular management;and from the price measurement and procurement of service modules,it reflects the outstanding advantages of modular project management for single-station accounting.The modular project management studied in this paper abandons the traditional management thinking and management habits,adapts to the flat organizational management system,is conducive to the industrialization and productization of the iron tower construction projects,and builds a “simple,transparent and efficient project”.The management system has standardized and scientific management of complex and diverse construction projects with practical meanings that can be used for reference.
