Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Haiyang Tea Industry From The Perspective Of Agricultural "New Six Industry "

With the acceleration of China's economic development and industrial transformation,the agricultural industry is also facing new development opportunities and challenges,and the transition to modern agriculture has become an inevitable trend.The idea of “new six production” of agriculture comes from the practice of “six industrializations” in Japan and is the theoretical basis for realizing the integration of agricultural production.Popularly speaking,the "new six-product" of agriculture is based on a revenue from the production chain.After the second-generation processing value-added,two incomes are obtained,and then the three-productive marketing service obtains three times the income to realize the multiplier effect.The tea industry is a typical representative of Haiyang's agricultural industry.It faces many bottlenecks in its development and needs to be solved through transformation and upgrading.This paper attempts to analyze the constraints of the transformation and upgrading of Haiyang tea industry by using the idea of “new six production” in agriculture,and further explore how to realize the path of integration of development of primary and secondary production through six production.Through consulting literature,field research,interviews and issuing questionnaires,it is found that the main problems in the development of tea industry in Haiyang City are unscientific industrial planning,lack of leading enterprises,lack of human resources,and the main problem of the second production process is the machine.The equipment is old and the brand building ability is low.The main problems in the three production sectors are single sales model,lack of tea culture integration,and slow development of ecotourism.Haiyang tea industry actively explores and implements the new ideas of “one production,two production and three production links”,one after another,one after another and one after another.It is the basic way to realize the six production.The specific measures are as follows: Optimize Haiyang tea industry planning,form scale,and establish a scientific and technological team to develop and cultivate a number of leading enterprises;the second production link promotes high-tech development of tea processing,enhances scientific and technological content,enhances brand building,and enhances brand awareness;Through the integration of tea culture elements,the production process enhances the added value of products,increases the sales model,develops ecological tea garden leisure tourism,strengthens government functions,and gives full play to the role of industry associations.By implementing these measures,Haiyang tea industry can be completed to transform the industry,cope with the problems and challenges in the development process,and complete the transformation and upgrading of Haiyang tea industry under the vision of “new six production”.
