Relying on agriculture,the development of agricultural characteristic towns is a realistic way to achieve poverty-stricken rural hematopoietic poverty alleviation.Land is the core issue in the development of small towns with agricultural characteristics.Land ownership is the main way of revitalizing rural resources,promoting farmers' sharing of project income,and alleviating corporate financial pressure.In view of this,the article proposes that land-use shares can be used in poverty-stricken areas to attract foreign enterprises to develop agricultural characteristic towns and realize project benefit sharing.A reasonable income distribution mechanism is the basis for the cooperation of all parties,and it is the key to the transfer of rural land shares.Aiming at the characteristics of the land-share cooperation model of agricultural characteristic towns in poverty-stricken areas,establishing a reasonable income distribution model,improving the enthusiasm of enterprises and the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in shares,is of great significance for precision poverty alleviation.Based on the existing research,the article selects a reasonable land-share cooperation model for the development of poverty-stricken areas,and analyzes the characteristics of the model and income distribution mechanism from a theoretical level.Then,using the cooperative game Shapley value method to construct the initial income distribution model between the land stock cooperatives and the enterprise,and make reasonable corrections to the model based on the actual situation;then establish the land share cooperatives twice according to the internal equity setting system of the land share cooperatives.Income distribution model.Finally,a case of land ownership in an agricultural characteristic town in Shaanxi Province was introduced to verify the promotion effect of land shareholding in poverty-stricken areas and the rationality of the income distribution model.Based on the problems existing in the actual operation,suggestions were made on the cooperation and income distribution process.The research proves that under the guiding principle of “government guidance,enterprise main body,market-oriented operation”,the use of land for shares in poverty-stricken areas to attract foreign enterprises to lead the development and operation of agricultural characteristic towns is a realistic path to achieve local industry poverty alleviation,and can increase the collective income of farmers.Strengthen the rural collective economy.The Shapley value method is used to establish the original model of income distribution between enterprises and land cooperatives,and the introduction of the proportion of investment,the proportion of risk distribution and the “guarantee income + end-of-year dividends” are revised twice,which can improve the enthusiasm of enterprises and protect the income of farmers.Make the initial income distribution more fair and reasonable;within the land-share cooperatives,the collective economic organization should strengthen its own organizational management capabilities,control management costs,and increase the value of income that can be used for distribution.In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the land of agricultural characteristic towns in poverty-stricken areas,the three major entities of the government,collective organizations and foreign enterprises should perform their respective duties.
