In recent years,in the process of the continuous adjustment of the national real estate policy,the normative nature of the real estate market has become more and more strong,the intensity of competition has also increased,the profit space of the industry has naturally become smaller and smaller,and the pressure faced by real estate development enterprises is increasing day by day.From this point,it is not difficult to see: if real estate development enterprises want to ensure their own economic benefits in a real sense while promoting their healthy and stable development,so as to enhance market competitiveness and increase market share,scientific and effective control of project costs will become an important issue for each real estate enterprise.This paper systematically combs the research status and related theories of cost management at home and abroad,and confirming this basis determines the research methods and ideas;Furthermore,this paper expounds the current situation of cost management of LH real estate M project and analyses the main problems of M project target cost management.After organizational structure,it posts responsibilities and project overview,the earned value method is further applied to analyze the application of target cost management in various stages from prediction to implementation and accounting.The actual situation of target cost control activities carried out by M project is quantitatively evaluated.Also this paper puts forward the LH real estate M project cost control proposals and safeguards;I hope that this study can improve the target cost management of the same type of projects in LH real estate development..
