There is no doubt about the importance of innovation,which is related to the future developments and the status of enterprises.Successful innovations can help enterprises provide value for customers;bring profits and good development prospects.Innovation is also a necessary condition for a country to develop economy and technology and enhance its international status.Therefore,how to identify an effective and valuable innovation opportunities has become an important issue.Firstly,this thesis reviewed research achievements and comments about Job-to-be-done theory by Christensen and so on,innovation opportunities,scene and other related theories.Secondly,components of job,like progress,circumstance and people are analyzed.The needs based on ERG theory and circumstance are taken as two dimensions which are used to classify the jobs to 6 types,such as universal existence jobs,uniqueness existence jobs,universal relatedness jobs,uniqueness relatedness jobs,universal growth jobs,uniqueness growth jobs.Thirdly,according to the founded jobs,identifying its innovation opportunities is based on three types of reached situation of Job-to-be-done.And build a framework to recognize innovation opportunities.Value creation potential of innovation opportunity is basis for value evaluation.Its influence factors include five characteristics of jobs,like frequency,importance and universality,duration,willingness to pay,and other factors such as the intensity of competition.Finally,with the intensity of competition as regulating variable,through csQCA,analyze the mechanism of action of characteristics of jobs on value creation potential of innovation opportunity.This thesis focuses on the identification of innovation opportunities.From the perspective of Job-to-be-done achieve or not,identify innovation opportunities,and find out characteristics combinations of Job-to-be-done that influences high value creation potential.Provide guidance for the innovation and research activities of enterprises. |
