General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "one belt and one road" initiative in 2013.By the end of 2018,the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt has completed its fifth year.During the past five years,Xinjiang,as the core area along the way,focused on the overall goal and the overall goal of social stability,and paid close attention to economic development.It put forward the idea of building the core area of the "five major centers,three channels,three bases and ten major import and export industrial agglomeration zones".When evaluating the construction process and effect of Xinjiang's economic core area,this paper not only pays attention to the main achievements in the overall promotion of the five centers in Xinjiang,but also pays attention to the problem of the overall coordinated promotion of the construction goal of the core area in each region of Xinjiang,that is,taking the three growth poles in the south,North and north slopes of Tianshan Mountain as the key areas of the overall coordinated promotion of the core area,and taking Kashi economic development as the key area Kashi area with growth pole,north slope area of Tianshan Mountain with Urumqi as growth pole axis,and Ili Prefecture with Horgos Economic Development Zone as growth pole are typical areas.This paper discusses the coordinated promotion of different areas in the construction process of Xinjiang core area,and discusses the influence of the construction of core area on the economic growth and opening degree of each area.Through the construction of index system,comprehensive This paper evaluates the realization degree of the construction goal of the core area of Xinjiang,so as to make a more in-depth discussion on the effect of the construction process of the core area of Xinjiang and related issues,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the origin,development and current situation of the Silk Road Economic Belt.The related researches at home and abroad are evaluated.This paper discusses the theoretical framework of Xinjiang core area construction,and puts forward the research ideas and framework of this paper.The second part is a comprehensive analysis of the construction process of the Silk Road Economic Belt and Xinjiang core area.This paper makes an international and domestic environmental analysis for the analysis of the construction process of Xinjiang's core area,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the economic development of the three cities that play a role in promoting the growth pole in the construction of Xinjiang's core area.It also analyzes the structural impact on the economic and social development of the above-mentioned areas after examining the construction of the core area in their current economic development situation.That is to say,it makes a brief analysis of the current situation of the construction process of the core areas of typical areas in Xinjiang.The third part mainly analyzes the construction of five centers,three bases and ten industrial clusters in the construction of Xinjiang core area,constructs the evaluation index system,and uses the factor analysis method to evaluate.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the impact of core area construction policies on the economic growth,export and import trade of three typical regions.Because the evaluation index data of the three typical regions are difficult to obtain,this paper uses the qualitative empirical analysis of the core region construction index.At the same time,taking the policy effect after the construction of the core area as a virtual variable,this paper examines whether the policy has a positive impact on the economic growth of the three regions in Xinjiang.Taking the import and export trade as the policy of opening degree,the paper discusses the influence of this policy on Xinjiang's opening degree through the policy dummy variable regression,and then evaluates the effect of core area construction on Xinjiang's economic development and opening degree.The last part of the article is based on the summary and induction of the first four parts,and puts forward some suggestions.Through this study,the main conclusions are as follows:first,the construction of the core area is relatively smooth,with some results.Second,the construction effect of the core area is obvious in some areas,and the overall effect is waiting for a period of cumulative effect.Third,the construction of the core area has a certain radiation effect on the areas that originally had a relatively slow economic development and were at a disadvantage.Fourth,the construction of the core area did not play an important role in the economic belt of the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain.Fifth,the construction of the core area is far from the expected goal and planning progress,which needs to be further accelerated.Sixthly,the influence of the construction of the core area has not been shown quickly,which needs to be taken as a long-term promotion and development goal for further planning and construction.
