Since the reform and opening up,offline retail industry has always been the protagonist of the retail industry.However,with the rapid development of network information technology,the emerging form of online retail industry has appeared in people's lives,bringing convenience to people's lives.The offline retail industry has had a direct impact.Integrating resources and accelerating enterprise transformation and upgrading have become the only way for enterprises to develop in the new era.Combined with the development trend of China's retail industry in recent years,through the business model innovation,the company quickly integrates internal and external resources and accelerates the transformation and upgrading of enterprises into a fast way for the development of large-scale retail enterprises.Through business model innovation,we can effectively use the original resources to enhance market competitiveness,promote the emergence of new formats,explore the company's advantageous resources for the future,and shorten the transformation time cost of enterprises in development.Y Company is an internationally renowned retail company with strong financial strength and corporate management capabilities.After entering the Chengdu market for more than 20 years,the brand has been recognized by the citizens of Chengdu.Under the background of enterprise transformation and upgrading,we will integrate resources through business model innovation,expand the production and operation capabilities of enterprises,and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.This paper studies the business model innovation of Y company by using the relevant theories of business model innovation,field research and expert interviews.This paper first analyzes the research background,points out the research significance of this paper,and proposes the research method of this paper.Secondly,it sorts out and summarizes the related concepts of business models,the path of business model innovation and other related theories.Once again,the company's development process and business model innovation environment were analyzed,and the strategic objectives of business model innovation,the layout of new business forms and the innovation of new business models were obtained.Finally,combined with the resources that Y Company has accumulated in the retail industry for many years,it has proposed relevant measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the new business model,which provides a certain reference for domestic retail enterprises to carry out business model innovation.
