Research On Risk Management Of T Project In Military Products Development Of JZ Company

Risk Management refers to the Management process of how to minimize risks in a project or enterprise in an environment that is definitely risky.At present,enterprises producing complex military products often face many risks: high technical content,great difficulty,short development period,rapid turnover of personnel,and many uncertain factors involved in various aspects.The risk of high threat is likely to lead to the failure of the project.However,many of our military enterprises do not take risk management as a system engineering,and only take measures to allocate resources for emergency fire fighting when the project is in crisis.Therefore,risk management should abandon the past lagging management,referring to the distillation of ISO9000 quality management,is given priority to with active prevention management,establish the risk early warning mechanism,in the process of the formation of the product closely combining military products research production process,the whole process of risk monitoring,minimize the possibility of occurrence of a risk.This paper takes the T project of military product research and development of JZ company as an example.According to the six processes of project risk planning,identification,analysis,response,monitoring,early warning and management summary and evaluation,the method,process and experience of project risk management are applied to the risk management practice of T project of military product research and development.This study according to the characteristics of military industrial enterprises and combined with JZ company GJB9001C-2017 version of the latest requirements,use of JZ company project management application examples,fully demonstrates and using expert investigation method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to identify the risk,and will fully quantitative risk factor,risk classification,sorting,formulate measures,formulate detailed report of risk early warning system and form the risk source tracking checklist,to identify the risk of early warning,control and tracking loop,build a set of applicable risk early warning and decision-making system.By T project risk management study,the risk early warning mechanism of practical guiding resource allocation and risk management,primarily established a set of perfect risk management measures,in this paper,the study not only the risk management of similar military products research and development in the future our company has a certain guiding significance,but also for similar businesses in GJB quality system under the requirement of how to effectively carry out risk management has a certain reference value.
