Based on the investigation of the classic theories at home and abroad and the practical achievements of major companies in performance assessment,this paper takes the balanced scorecard and KPI as the framework and starts from the aspects of index items and process management to analyze the problems in the current performance assessment scheme of sales staff of Y company and make improvement design.The analysis of performance assessment indicators adopts the quantitative linear regression analysis method,and the process management adopts the qualitative interview method,and summarizes the key issues,reorganizes the work process and job characteristics of sales staff of Y company,and designs the improvement ideas.Performance appraisal indicators design adopts the method of the balanced scorecard combined with KPI,behavioral anchored rating method,the performance evaluation index weight using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method design,performance process design is a blend of classic PDCA cycle theory,especially emphasizes the scientific rationality of index design and process design of sexual,landing in the practical aspects of validation protocols adopted the form of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the actual performance appraisal result contrast,the consistency of the test result tracking after optimization scheme of the implementation of the results.Based on the actual operations of the company Y data,refer to the academic and practice design advantages of each in terms of performance appraisal,design and sales personnel performance appraisal,performance appraisal design for Y company other post has very important significance,at the same time as the core position of Y company sales staff was optimized daily performance management,and further enhance the company's sales strategy implementation,Y to achieve the expected sales target.
