With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,it brings new opportunities along with challenges to Chinese domestic enterprises.How to effectively inspire core employees who master the key knowledge and resources of the companies is one of the most important things for companies to seize opportunities and face challenges.In a company,the role of core employees is becoming more prominent.Compared with traditional employees,these core employees have different characteristics,and how to effectively encourage core employees has become a new topic for enterprises.Compared with traditional employees,it is more difficult to effectively motivate core employees,and the incentives,effects,and budgets all have higher requirements.Taking Sercomm Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper discusses the specific operation plan of the company's implementation of core employee equity incentives,and provides useful reference for other enterprises that want to achieve better enterprise management through equity incentives.This paper using equity incentive theory,starting from the background of the topic selected and the research status of equity incentives domestic and abroad,through the investigation and analysis of seven key indicators such as corporate culture,corporate strategy,performance management,work atmosphere,salary and benefits,personal career development,and superior leadership support,the main problems of the core employee incentives of Sercomm Electronics are obtained;The core employees of Sercomm Company have problems such as unreasonable salary structure standards,poor correlation between compensation and company performance,insufficient attention to personal development,and too simple performance appraisal design.The study found that Sercomm Electronics has always attached importance to core employee incentives and has diversified incentive models.For Sercomm Electronics,equity incentives are significantly more effectivly than other incentive models,and the various modes of equity incentives,evaluation indicators,exercise scale,exercise price,and exercise conditions are compared and analyzed,and the best plan for equity incentives of Sercomm Electronics is obtained.Finally,organizational guarantee,capital guarantee,cultural guarantee,Multiple safeguards such as training guarantee and supervision guarantee ensure the smooth operation of Sercomm Electronics' equity incentive plan.Based on this,this study proposes a way for equity incentives for core employees,and proposes a series of safeguards to further stabilize core employees,enhance company value,and balance benefit sharing.
