It is well known that human resources are the first resource of modern enterprises.Performance appraisal plays an important role in the management of enterprises,which directly affects whether the strategic objectives of enterprises can be achieved.With the deepening of economic globalization,financial competition has intensified,and the performance appraisal system of commercial banks has been increasingly affected.How the major commercial banks respond to the changes in the external environment,to carry out strategic layout and pass this layout to the grassroots employees through effective performance incentives to enhance the competitiveness of the core is a problem that needs to be solved.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the performance evaluation of commercial banks.Taking China Construction Bank Hunan Branch Headquarters as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,analysis and induction,questionnaire research to optimize the performance management system of its employees.Fistly,after combing the relevant research results of domestic and foreign bank performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the present situation and finds out the following problems: The design of the index design of China Construction Bank Hunan Branch Headquarters is not scientific,so it lacks rationality and guidance;Its organizational process system was not optimized and updated in time,and it did not attract enough attention in China Construction Bank Hunan Branch Headquarters;At the same time,the evaluation application and communication mechanism has not yet been formed,so the evaluation results did not achieve the incentive effect.Secondly,in view of the above problems and reasons,this article starts from the strategic objectives of the Hunan branch of the Construction Bank and the annual goals of the branch headquarters,decomposes the assessment indicators based on the strategic goals,and designs the evaluation indicators,weights,and assessment standards based on the job;In the assessment organization system,this paper optimizes the assessment plan,the assessment organization process,the assessment management system and the declaration mechanism;At the same time,this paper designs a communication feedback and development system based on the application of assessment results.Finally,this paper expounds the implementation steps of the employee performance appraisaloptimization program,and describes the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program from four aspects: organization,system,personnel,and technology,and foresees the expected results of the optimization plan.Based on the theory of performance appraisal and the actual situation of China Construction Bank Hunan Branch Headquarters,this article provides a feasible implementation plan for the optimization of performance appraisal of China Construction Bank Hunan Branch Headquarters,which has certain guidance and operability.At the same time,the research results and methods of this paper can also be used to optimize the performance evaluation system of other commercial banks,which can be used as a reference for the management of human resources in the same industry.
