The Design Of Community Intelligent Banking Competitiveness Promotion Scheme Under The Background Of Differentiation Competition

In the downturn of the overall economy,under the backdrop of macroeconomic deleveraging,elimination of supervision and trade wars and in the face of competition from Internet enterprises,commercial banks are constantly adjusting their focus of work under the new round of external conditions and the development of bridgehead community banks which provide small and micro financial services is once again on the agenda.Individualized financial services will be the focus of future development.The development of differentiated services of community banks has been unsatisfactory,but tends to be homogeneous,and intelligent technology provides a new opportunity to accelerate this transformation.Generally speaking,there are three directions for the intelligent transformation of commercial banks.One is the intelligent stores of offline traditional business,another is the innovation of online payment and the new retail outlets embedded in the consumption scene offline,and the third is the online financial technology through big data artificial intelligence.In the field of offline advantages,major banks have invested a lot of resources in the intelligence of community banks.If commercial banks want to develop,they must firmly grasp the important factor of intelligent construction.And the business plan design of community intelligent banking is to reorganize enterprise resources including capital,equipment,personnel,etc.by using internal and external technical conditions and introduce new technology products or improve the intelligence,scene differentiation and lightweight of the existing community banks according to the social needs.Based on the background of differentiated competition,this paper summarizes the experience of promoting the development of the banking industry by intelligent technology.In view of the existing problems in the differentiated transformation of community banks,this paper takes China Guangfa Bank as an example to propose the intelligent business scheme design.Firstly,this paper analyzes the transformation pressure of commercial banks to carry out differentiated business from the external environment,discusses the basic characteristics and existing problems of differentiated competition under the current situation,and discusses the promotion effect of Intelligent Technology Application on commercial banks' differentiated operation under the new opportunity.Finally,based on the behavior of an intelligent branch of China Guangfa Bank,this paper designs an intelligent business scheme from the aspects of large data,mobile payment,network transformation and online bank.It is hoped that through this analysis,the commercial bank will grasp the intelligent opportunity and use the intelligent technology to transform successfully and accumulate experience to provide guidance and reference for the future.
