Research On Business Of Community Bank In LJ Bank Daqing Brunch

Community Bank was born in the 19 th century, in the United States. Due to the implementation of community bank and large bank dislocation competition strategy,Community Bank has achieved good economic benefits in the long-term development. At present, China’s community bank is in the initial stage of development, most of which are small and medium banks. Compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap in both functions and concepts. Community Bank in China is conducive to business loans which are difficult to cure and it can improve the banking system. LJ Bank branch in Daqing is China’s first batch to introduce the concept of community banks and the banking community development banks, and has accumulated some experience in practice, but there is a lot to be improved.In this paper, the author takes LJ Daqing Branch Bank as the subject, analyzes its banking system for the purpose of providing effective development strategy for future community banking. First the author explains Community Bank and SWOT theory. Secondly,the author presents the conditions of the community banking in the US. Also, the author gives a short summary of its development and things we can learn from. Finally, the author conducts a brief introduction about LJ Bank Daqing Branch and uses SWOT analysis model to analyze the banking community, and then gets internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis results, the American Community Bank development experience and inspiration, combined with the actual situation LJ Bank branch in Daqing, the authors gives suggestions on optimizing the network layout, increasing customer base, strengthening business brand, expanding marketing channels, enhancing electronic service, improving the supervision system, paying attention to personnel training,introducing and highlighting its own characteristics. These suggestions may enable them to make up for weaknesses, seize opportunities, lead community banks development into a new phase, and better serve the regional economy.
