Research On The Application And Management Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Funds In Dalate Banner, Inner Mongolia

In poverty relief funds in our country,the important proportion of financial aid-the-poor funds,so the use of fiscal funds management to determine whether the local poverty alleviation work to be efficient and smooth,so it is particularly important to research on this field.The poverty problem in Inner Mongolia is more prominent in the whole country,and dalat banner,as a relatively large number of poor people in Inner Mongolia,is the author’s concern.Dalat banner of Inner Mongolia has always attached great importance to the poverty problem.The local government has been actively carrying out a series of poverty alleviation works and has made good achievements in the past period.With the development of The Times and society,poverty alleviation has entered a new period.The comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020 and the removal of the cap in poverty-stricken counties cannot represent the disappearance of all poverty,nor can we relax the continuing poverty alleviation work.The poverty alleviation work in the new era is bound to face new problems.This paper selects dalat banner of Inner Mongolia as a case to analyze its current situation of poverty alleviation fund utilization and management in recent years,and on the basis of the constructed fund utilization and management performance system,it makes an empirical analysis of the data brought into dalat banner,analyzes its existing problems by combining the empirical results with the actual situation of the region,and analyzes the causes of the problems.In combination with poverty alleviation fund use at home and abroad on the basis of management experience,combined with local specific location,put forward a series of corresponding measures can be implemented,in order to further promote Inner Mongolia dalad subsequent poverty alleviation work development and implementation.
