Research On The Development Of Inclusive Finance In Agricultural And Pastoral Areas Of Qinghai Province Under The Strategy Of Rural Rejuvenation

The state pays great attention to helping farmers and herdsmen lift themselves out of poverty and improve their living conditions.In 2018,the country revitalization strategy was put forward to strengthen the overall development of rural agriculture and achieve common prosperity.This paper adopts a variety of methods to study the development of menyuan county under the new background,and finds that new financial needs arise during the implementation of its strategy.The analysis of the current situation of inclusive finance shows that it helps rural construction,but there are still some problems.By constructing the dimensions of financial permeability,accessibility,usability and quality of financial services,the development degree of gate source’s universal benefit is measured by objective method.The results show that the financial inclusion in menyuan county reached a medium level in 2017,but the development of IFI index is unstable.Finally,we can consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and support the fight against poverty.Innovation to improve the quality of financial products and services to support the rural revitalization of the capital needs;Adopt diversified financial publicity methods,unify credit indicators,and improve rural credit civilization;Invest a large amount of funds in education,revitalize rural talents and other aspects to improve the level of financial inclusion in menyuan county.
