Research On The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Hunan Province

The rural collective economy is an important embodiment of the socialist public ownership economy in the countryside.After long-term practice,it has become the most common basic economic form in rural China and plays a vital role in the development of rural economy.In recent years,the state has encouraged and supported various regions to explore new forms of rural collective economy through different incentives and methods,and promote the rapid development of the rural collective economy.However,as far as the overall scope of the country is concerned,the rural collective economic base is still weak.Some rural areas are weak and weak,and they are not competitive.The “empty shell village” and “hollow village” are more common,the labor loss is serious,and the collective economic development lacks stamina.The construction of grassroots organizations is weak and the cohesiveness is not strong.These problems have seriously restricted the development of various rural undertakings.Therefore,reconstructing the rural collective economic development framework and cultivating the rural collective economic strength is an important issue to be studied urgently.Through the research and case analysis methods,this paper takes the development of rural collective economy in Hunan Province as the benchmark to explore the conditions for China to develop and strengthen the rural collective economy in the new era,and has a strong practical significance for improving the rural collective economic strength..The thesis is divided into seven parts.The first part expounds the background of the research,the significance of the research purpose and the research status at home and abroad.The second part combs the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of the rural collective economy.The third part summarizes the rural areas since the founding of the country.The development process of the collective economy;the fourth part is based on the questionnaire survey,the detailed analysis of the development status of rural collective economy in Hunan Province;the fifth part selects three typical villages in Hunan Province for case study analysis,and draws relevant The enlightenment;the sixth part deeply analyzes the problems existing in the rural collective economic development of Hunan Province;the seventh part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural collective economic development in Hunan Province.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of 160 villages in 10 cities of Hunan Province,we can see the general status of rural collective economic development in Hunan Province,that is,the village collective economic income source is relatively single,each village The level of economic development is not balanced.(2)Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the four major problems faced by rural collective economic development in Hunan Province were proposed and revealed,namely,the lack of collective assets,the weakening of organizational management,the shortage of talented personnel,and the lack of capital investment.(3)Based on the actual situation of Hunan Province,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of rural collective economy in Hunan Province: First,it is an effective way to explore the development of collective economy according to local conditions;secondly,scientifically standardize management and improve the new mechanism of collective economic development;Team building will consolidate the foundation of collective economic development;Fourth,increase support and enhance the vitality of collective economic development.
