In recent years,with the continuous advancement of interest rate marketization reforms,the new regulations of the financial management subsidiaries of China’s commercial banks have announced that commercial banks that use traditional credit business as the main source of income will face greater pressure,and the importance of promoting the development of non-interest income business is more obvious.In view of the leading and demonstration role of my country’s listed commercial banks,it is necessary to better analyze the impact of listed banks’ non-interest income business on operating performance,so as to provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the overall better development of my country’s banking industry.This article uses a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis.Based on the theoretical analysis of the three aspects of diversified business theory,financial innovation theory and asset portfolio theory,the non-interest income of 24 A-share listed banks from 2013 to 2018 was selected as sample data,and statistical analysis and measurement models were used to develop the listed banks.The influencing factors of non-interest income were analyzed,and the analysis results showed that the overall non-interest income had a significant positive relationship with the overall performance of listed banks,an insignificant positive relationship with state-owned commercial banks,and a significant positive relationship with joint-stock commercial banks.This relationship has a negative impact on the operating performance of urban and rural commercial banks;the non-interest income composition is more obvious,except for urban and rural commercial banks,the net fee and commission income have a significant positive relationship with the operating performance of various types of banks;Other business income has a significant positive relationship with the operating performance of urban and rural commercial banks.Finally,this article discusses and analyzes the factors that affect the development of China’s non-interest income from the perspectives of traditional concept restrictions,asset scale,regulatory constraints,and professional talents,and proposes to change the concept of service development and adhere to the systematic and differentiated development phase.Combination;prevent business risks,improve cost control level;strengthen professional talent team building,improve business comprehensive level;broaden outreach channels,build bridges with institutions and enterprises and othercountermeasures and suggestions. |
