Northeast China is an important old industrial base in China,and Liaoning occupies an irreplaceable position in the economy of the three eastern provinces.Since the Northeast region mostly uses heavy industry and equipment manufacturing as its main industries,the role of talents is not only related to the development process of enterprises,but also affects the economic development of this region invisibly.However,according to data statistics in recent years,it has been found that the proportion of outflows of talents in Northeast China is far greater than the proportion of inflows.At the same time,it is gradually showing an irreversible trend.From the appearance,it affects the normal supply of talents,but from another perspective It will also cause a more serious trapping effect of talents in the enterprise,that is,the content of talents is gradually deteriorating,and it is trapped in a vicious circle.This article is based on the current situation and problems of the brain drain of enterprises in the old industrial bases in Northeast China,and uses Company A in Liaoning Province as a starting point.It uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to obtain company A questionnaire surveys,behavioral event interviews,and corporate research.Data,using the means of average comparison and correlation analysis methods,to find out the causes and problems of brain drain in Company A.At the same time,in terms of solving problems,comprehensively applying relevant theoretical foundations such as enterprise management,knowledge management,and human resource management,it is proposed to integrate the competency model into enterprise management and performance management,and at the same time adopt corresponding compensation strategies based on performance evaluation results.In addition,a mesh and two-way employee career path planning is also adopted,so that employees have spiritual care in addition to material incentives.In terms of corporate culture,it is also recommended to adopt a participatory corporate culture and build a community of practice.It is hoped that it can play a positive role in guiding and solving the problem of brain drain in Liaoning.
