Online car-hailing",that is,booking taxi business service online for short.Compared with the traditional cruise taxi,"Online car-hailing " has broken the geographical boundaries and time differences.On the one hand,passengers can book a taxi anytime and anywhere by using the mobile app.On the other hand,the driver can effectively save the time cost,labor cost and capital cost needed for physical connection,and the profit can be greatly increased.This kind of sharing model economy enables the idle resources of the society to be used effectively,and then drives the development of the whole society.However,it cannot be ignored that such paperless,digital and virtualized transactions bring great difficulties to tax collection and management.In our country,there have been the tax policy guidance problems such as unclear,backward tax collection technical ability in the industry of " Online car-hailing".It makes the field of this industry in fact "lowland" tax.And asymmetric information of hotline,the lack of taxpayer tax concept,unclear subject and place of tax payment,make the traditional tax collection and administration become more confused.Taking "didi chuxing" and "shenzhou private car" as examples,this paper aims to deeply analyze the difficulties faced by tax authorities in the management process of online car hailing industry through the discussion of different operating modes of the current online car hailing industry,and explore the improvement brought by the deep combination of tax work and "big data" to the tax collection and management of online car hailing industry.Making full use of the electronic tax bureau,cloud computing,big data and other advanced information technology,using network resources to build tax information data system,and then realize the effective tax collection and management of online car-hailing industry.
