Survey Report Of Online Car-Hailing Services Regulation Process

An Internet technology driven transportation platform,Online car-hailing services connects both sides of supply and demand to integrate traffic needs.The development process of Online car-hailing services has experienced arising from nothing,rapid growth and diversified development in three stages.In the process,the emergence of Online car-hailing services has had a different impact on the traditional taxi industry and the broad diver groups.Though the Online car-hilling services has played a positive role in the development process to meet the needs of diversified passengers,there are still some problems:the principal responsibility is not clear,using subsidies to preempt the market,influencing the policy order of the taxi market and so on.The Online car-hailing services as a sort of new things,its specification and regulation are also from scratch.And the relevant management practices in the drafting,introduction,landing implementation stage and the Online car-hailing services platform itself,the existing legal system and local development continue to adapt.Taking the development process of "DIDI Travel"'s(hereinafter referred to as the"DIDI")as the background,combined with the process of the Online car-hailing services and the traditional taxi industry cooperation and conflict,the introduction of relevant norms and other important events,through the analysis of relevant literature,as well as some Witnesses of the interview,showing the network in the development and norms of the situation,to explore the Online car-hailing industry in the normative process,its special development model on the impact of traditional industries.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part of the time and events as a clue to sort out the "DIDI travel",since 2012 on the line of development path,the process of traditional industries brought about by the conflict and opportunities.In the second part,the cooperation between the Online car-hailing services platform and the traditional industry is reconstructed under the background of the introduction of the relevant regulations,and the development of the network platform is discussed.The third part discusses the Online car-hailing services management platform and how to improve the management efficiency and make use of the data of the platform to further optimize itself.
