Study On The Spatiotemporal Evolution And Influencing Factors Of Inbound Tourism Development In Yunnan Provinc

Inbound tourism is an important index of tourism development in a country and region.The development of inbound tourism promotes the progress of society and promotes the level of opening to the outside world.Moreover,it is of positive significance to balance international payments,promote people’s employment,spread Chinese culture and promote China’s supply-side structural reform.Yunnan Province has rich tourism resources,passenger flow scale and foreign exchange income,which has always been in the forefront of all provinces in China.However,there is still a certain gap to become a high-level international tourism city.Through the study of inbound tourism in Yunnan province,we can promote the high-quality development of inbound tourism for Yunnan students.This paper collects and collates the relevant data of inbound tourism in Yunnan Province from 2002 to 2020.By means of statistical analysis,comparative analysis,theoretical study and empirical study,this paper analyzes the inbound tourism in Yunnan Province from the perspective of space-time evolution.The quality changes of inbound tourism in Yunnan Province in each major year are analyzed by constructing a two-dimensional matrix of scale rank-liquid index.Then quantitative analysis and panel data model are used to carry out regression analysis on the factors affecting inbound tourism in Yunnan Province.Based on the above analysis results and related literature,corresponding development strategies are formulated for inbound tourism in Yunnan Province.Based on the above analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: In the time dimension,the inbound tourist flow in Yunnan Province is relatively stable,the main inbound tourists have changed from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan tourists to foreigners,and the quality of inbound tourism is on the rise.In spatial dimension,the source market of inbound tourism is relatively dispersed and stable.The flow of inbound tourism in western Yunnan is higher than that in central Yunnan and eastern Yunnan.The flow of inbound tourism in cities and states of Yunnan Province is in a tortuous upward trend,and the flow of inbound tourism in eastern Yunnan and western Yunnan is higher than that in central Yunnan.In the spatial and temporal dimension,the number of areas with high volume and high inbound tourism flow in Yunnan Province is in a tortuous upward trend,and the distribution is relatively scattered.In2020,inbound tourism flow and fluid quality in Yunnan Province have decreased to a certain extent,and novel coronavirus has a great negative impact on inbound tourism in Yunnan Province.Overall,the development of inbound tourism in Yunnan Province is relatively stable,but the quality of tourism flow is unevenly distributed.The empirical analysis showed that the richness of tourism resources,import and export quotas and the hosting of the Olympic Games had a positive effect on inbound tourism.The epidemic,consumer price index,grade highway mileage and financial crisis were negatively correlated with the development of inbound tourism,but the correlation of grade highway was small.Based on the above analysis,strategies were proposed to expand tourism resources,strengthen opening-up,coordinate the development of inbound tourism and import and export trade,enhance tourism infrastructure construction,and improve the development mechanism of inbound tourism under the background of the epidemic.
