According to good economic policies released by government,China's logistics industry has been booming.The development plan of the cold chain logistics industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(2018-2020)connects the construction of China-ASEAN free trade area and the southbound corridor of China-Singapore connectivity,connecting the 13 th five-year development plan of Guangxi,the development plan of logistics industry,the development plan of characteristic agriculture and the comprehensive transportation plan.According to the instructions of Guangxi regional government and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Group,in order to meet the needs of the national "Belt and Road Initiative" strategic,Guangxi will focus on building Qinzhou port as an international port and hub port.All foreign trade container routes of Fangcheng port have been transferred to Qinzhou port in batches,and all foreign trade routes of Beihai port will be transferred to Qinzhou port.This means that in the future,the construction of Beibu gulf port has laid the emphasis of container development on Qinzhou port area,and the foreign trade routes will be gradually concentrated in Qinzhou.It can be seen that the logistics of Qinzhou port is booming.With the rapid expansion of the logistics industry chain,Qinzhou port has attracted the attention of many logistics companies.There are not only large sino-foreign joint ventures,but also small and medium-sized private enterprises emerging.As a newly established joint venture mainly engaged in the business of disassembly and packing,how to achieve sustainable development in the fierce competition environment is a challenge for SG company.Based on the above background,this paper analyze the external environment of SG company(adopting PEST analysis method and Porter's Five Forces model)and the internal environment of SG company(adopting SWOT analysis),lists and analyzes the current modeland core competitiveness of the company,and summarizes the existing problems in the development of the company.This paper also makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of SG company through SWOT analysis,and proposes a strategic plan based on the opportunities and threats it faces in the competitive environment.In the end,based on the Suggestions of SG company's future development strategy,the author puts forward corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,hoping to be helpful to SG company.
