With the recovery of the world economy,China's overall economy tends to be stable.At the same time,with the in-depth reform of the domestic financial market,the diversified development pattern of state-owned commercial bank,joint-stock commercial bank,local commercial bank and foreign bank has been gradually formed.The main operating profit in commercial Banks is asset business and the business of corporate credit accounts for a relatively large proportion of profits in asset business.With the marketization of interest rate and financial disconnection from the media,external supervision has led to the strengthening of capital constraint mechanism,the intensification of horizontal competition and the emerging of business model and product innovation.Meanwhile,the commercial bank credit business faces multiple challenges and choices of profit space,market space and dominant position.Branch A of Agricultural Bank,as a traditional state-owned commercial bank,has a large number of talents and resources advantage.However,due to relevant national policies,the bank has certain restrictions on the credit of some industries,and its relatively inflexible management mode hinders the marketization and internationalization of corporate credit business.Therefore,if the Branch A of Agricultural Bank wants to maintain its source of income and occupy the market share of credit business,it must change the traditional credit strategy.This paper researches on the marketing strategy of corporate credit business of the Branch A of Agricultural Bank.The marketing strategy of credit business of commercial Banks is A kind of long-term and overall planning,which has A forward-looking guiding role and can guide the business of Banks to maturity.The commercial banks' credit businessmarketing strategy is a kind of long-term and overall planning,which can guide banks' business to maturity.In recent years,the financial market environment is constantly changing,and the Internet finance business is developing rapidly.The convenient network financing form has greatly affected the bank's profit space,especially the main profit channel-credit business.This paper takes the corporate credit business of the Branch A of Agricultural Bank as the research object,analyzes the current marketing environment of credit business,formulates corresponding marketing strategies,guides its marketing strategy development and provide effective solutions to the profit decline.By combining theory with practice,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy of corporate credit business of the Branch A of Agricultural Bank to provide some reference for the marketing strategy in financial service industry.
