Logistics management is one of the important driving forces for the formation of new profit growth points.It is the key source of “third profit” after productivity and resource endowment.It is also the key way for the company to control the overall cost,improve quality and efficiency,and gain competitive advantage..In the overall logistics management system,cost management is one of the most critical components,which has a crucial impact on the company's profit improvement and competitiveness.However,many companies currently have certain neglect problems in the circulation,which has caused the relevant enterprises to fail to form a reliable understanding of logistics cost management,which significantly affects the application effect of logistics cost management.So how to control the logistics cost of the enterprise and the key role of efficient development of logistics cost management for the company's operation is the key topic of this paper.This paper mainly uses literature research and questionnaire survey methods to explore the detailed method of logistics cost optimization based on the actual case of ZP company.In detail,this paper first reviews and summarizes relevant literatures at home and abroad.Based on the previous analysis,it discusses the definitions and theories of logistics cost management.Then the research on the current situation of logistics cost management of ZP company is carried out,and the problems of the company's logistics cost management are obtained: the actual cost is relatively high: the accounting system is imperfect: the management system is imperfect: the information system fails and The cost management is matched,and the logistics cost structure is flawed.Then explore the reasons for this problem: the lag of management thinking: sales logistics has too high operating costs;management system is too extensive,lack of professional talents.Finally,based on the various problems existing,the corresponding solutions and strategies are formed,including the improvement of logistics cost management ideology,scientific design logistics cost management and control plan,the formation of SCOR standardized supply chain system,and the strengthening of talent team construction..The paper relies on the actual situation and problems of ZP company in logistics cost management,further forms the corresponding optimization opinions and strategies,and at the same time forms corresponding treatment opinions for its effective implementation,thus ensuring that the logistics cost management of this enterprise can More reasonable,further improve quality and efficiency,and enhance the company's competitiveness.The analysis results obtained in this paper have certain reference and guiding value for the logistics cost management of other companies.
