This century is the age of the Internet,and companies in the world have started thinking about using this powerful tool the Internet to gain more interests.Under the guidance of relevant theories and practical experience,traditional industry enterprises put forward Internet transformation,thus the Internet thinking emerges as the times require.Some companies have used the Internet thinking and management to achieve some quantification management.one of the most significant influence Internet thinking is the subversion of traditional organization structure,mode of operation,etc.To use Internet thinking,traditional enterprises must realize through organizational change.Therefore,the ability to develop or improve organizational change competence becomes one of the focus of the work.How to achieve this goal? In recent years,some experts and scholars have emphasized the significant role of enterprise innovation culture in cultivating organizational change competence,thinking that the innovation culture can help companies cope with the huge impact of Internet Age,and put forward the general direction of the construction.But how to transform innovation culture to change capacity still lacks of argumentation.This study based on that exploring the relationship of enterprise innovation culture and organizational change competence under Internet thinking in the way of positive analysis,with the mediating effect of organizational commitment.By reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about enterprise innovation culture,organizational change competence,organizational commitment and the relationship among them,the study educes a relational model then puts forward the hypothesis about the relationship between variables and dimensions.After designing the overall research frame,the study issues questionnaires to the employee from the companies,in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and other places,which have reformed themselves with Internet thinking,and obtains a total recovery of 328 valid questionnaires.Through processing the questionnaire data with SPSS20.0,the following conclusions come:(1)Enterprise innovation culture and each of its dimensions significantly and positively influence organizational change competence and each of its dimensions.(2)Enterprise innovation culture and each of its dimensions can significantly and positively influence on employees' organizational commitment.(3)Organizational commitment acts as the partial mediator between enterprise innovation culture and organizational change competence.In view of the results from data processing and the actual situation,the study puts forward some suggestions,and discusses future research direction.
