With the continuous development of tourism,tourists have also changed in the choice of hotels.More and more tourists have begun to choose theme hotels,and the booming development of theme hotels has not only improved the situation of serious homogenization of hotel products in China.It also promoted the brand power and cultural strength of hotel products.Taking Inner Mongolia as an example,as a large province in the western part of China,with its long history,unique tourism resources and rich folk customs,it has attracted great appeal to many tourists at home and abroad,and the province is driving economic development.It also actively uses its own advantages to promote tourism.Nowadays,tourism has developed into a major industry in the province.In recent years,ethnic cultural tours have been sought after by many people.More and more hotels are gradually developing towards cultural-themed hotels.Inner Mongolia Hotel is the first grassland culture theme hotel in China.The research on the construction of the perception level of tourists has important practical and theoretical significance for the development of national cultural theme hotels in Inner Mongolia.The development of the hotel industry in Inner Mongolia needs to further innovate the hotel software and hardware from the perspective of cultural connotation,in order to build a unique cultural advantage of the hotel,thus exploring a new direction for the development of the hotel industry in Inner Mongolia.Firstly,the article focuses on the research status and theoretical knowledge of the theme hotels at home and abroad,and lays a foundation for exploring the development of the theme hotel from the theoretical perspective.After the data collection is completed,considering the network text analysis method and the questionnaire survey method,it is possible to obtain a one-sided view when independently studying the tourism experience.Therefore,this paper combines the two methods to carry out research design and empirical analysis.In the analysis of the network text,the visitors' comments on the Inner Mongolia Hotel on the major mainstream websites were used as the research samples.The descendant collector was used to obtain 3752 valid comments,and the effective characters were 168,224 words.The first hundred high-frequency vocabularies were tested by ROST Content Mining6 software.Extraction and classification coding.Through questionnaire survey of national cultural composition indicators,combined with offline field research and online network research,questionnaires were distributed.In addition,SPSS25.0 software was used to conduct empirical analysis on 209 valid questionnaires.Using factor analysis method,20 variables were classified into three common factors,and their reliability was tested.A comprehensive evaluation model of national cultural theme hotel index was established.In view of the above research,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of Inner Mongolia Hotel,which includes three suggestions: focusing on the construction of "Blue Hada" service system,consolidating the product construction with "grassland culture" as the theme,and building a perfect customer information research system,with a view to contributing a little to the development of Inner Mongolia ethnic culture theme hotel.
