The Evaluation Of Self-operated Logistics Service Quality

As the logistics industry tends to be stable,the homogenization competition among enterprises has become increasingly prominent.In order to seize the market opportunities in the future,all parties have moved toward a comprehensive transformation and upgrading of diversified development.Throughout the current situation of China's logistics industry,the situation of Jingdong Logistics,the rookie system and SF has basically formed.At the moment when the quality of life of the masses is gradually improved,the expectations for the quality of logistics and distribution services will also increase.However,the development of self-operated logistics has always faced severe challenges.It has also exposed many problems in logistics and distribution,causing many dissatisfaction and complaints from the service providers,affecting the image establishment of logistics enterprises and the development of the entire logistics industry.However,there is currently little research on the field of self-operated logistics and distribution service quality evaluation,and there is no uniform evaluation standard in the industry.Therefore,it is of special research significance to construct a reasonable self-operated logistics distribution service quality evaluation system to evaluate self-operated logistics.This paper investigates and studies the quality of self-operated logistics distribution services.The research content is mainly divided into the following five parts: To the begining,this paper tells the research background,significance and so on,and then introduces the research situation at home and abroad.Next,it expounds the relevant theoretical basis of this paper and finds the theoretical basis for this research;thirdly,the self-operated logistics industry and BBG enterprises are analyzed.Based on a large number of literatures and questionnaires,a self-operated logistics distribution service quality evaluation index system is constructed,and the questionnaire of evaluation of BBG Yuntong logistics distribution service quality is designed according to the system.Using SPSS22.0 statistical software to carry out a series of statistical analysis on the valid data collected by the questionnaire,to evaluate the quality of the delivery service of BBG Yuntong Logistics,and finally put forward appropriate suggestions for Yuntong Logistics and the self-operated logistics industry based on the evaluation results.
