Research On The Improvment Of Management Of Medical Insurance Fund In SY City

With the full implementation of China's modern medical insurance system,the scale of income and expenditure of insurance funds is also growing.How to manage and operate these huge funds which are related to social stability safely and effectively has become a widely discussed issue among scholars.Especially in recent years,several cases of illegal acquisition and use of medical insurance funds have been disclosed,which make the society even more aware of them.The safety of the operation and management of medical insurance funds has been questioned.Therefore,how to improve the management of medical insurance funds has become an important issue in the development of China's modern medical insurance system.This paper first discusses the research background and significance of this topic,collects the relevant literature at home and abroad,then elaborates the related concepts of medical insurance fund,then summarizes the experience of financial management of foreign medical insurance fund,and puts forward the enlightenment to our country.Through collecting relevant information,we can understand the development of SY medical insurance work and the operation of the fund,further analyze the problems in the system and use of SY medical insurance fund management,analyze the reasons from the aspects of revenue and expenditure,system and supervision,and put forward suggestions for improvement from the aspects of revenue and expenditure balance,mechanism and supervision.In this paper,through case analysis and investigation research methods,applying the basic theory and research methods learned,in order to give suggestions and references to SY City's medical insurance fund management,we try to put forward corresponding measures to improve the management of medical insurance fund.The author participated in the medical insurance audit work in SY city and analyzed the medical insurance problems with his working experience in order to better solve the problems and help the medical insurance fund develop smoothly and orderly.
