With the rapid development of economy,the service industry has gradually become an important driving force for China’s economic development.As a key part of the hotel industry also is developing,but the hotel industry has a long-term serious phenomenon of serious staff turnover,and the core staff turnover.How to attract and retain management personnel is an important issue facing hotels in China.As a local brand,HuiZhou Vienna international hotel is also troubled by the high turnover rate of management staff.The loss of management personnel has a certain impact on the operation and development of the hotel.This paper firstly analyzes and studies the theory of employee turnover,and reviews the literature at home and abroad.Secondly,the basic operating situation of HuiZhou Vienna international hotel and human resources are described,found that there are many problems in the hotel’s human resources.At the same time,it is found that the hotel has a serious loss of management personnel,which brings a certain negative impact on the operation and development of the hotel.Then,by means of questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,the evaluation and opinions of hotel management personnel on the current management mode of the hotel are deeply understood,and the satisfaction of employees with the hotel management is understood.The possible reasons for managers’ dimission are summarized from the three aspects of personal factors,social factors and hotel factors.Finally,through the combination of the actual situation,from the recruitment,training,performance,salary and career management system these five aspects of the relevant countermeasures,and the implementation process of the relevant countermeasures and the need for the hotel to provide safeguard measures and other recommendations.We hope that this study can fundamentally solve the problem of high turnover rate of HuiZhou Vienna international hotel management personnel,and help improve the hotel’s human resource management system to achieve sustainable development.The content and results of this study can guide the hotel to effectively solve the problem of loss of management staff,and provide experience for other hotels in the industry.
