In recent years,the domestic economy and financial industry have developed rapidly.The extensive promotion of credit business has also led to an increase in the number of micro finance companies.The entire market has shown rapid changes.Due to the needs of China's market economy,micro finance companies have played a positive role in making up for the gaps in commercial financial institutions,effectively supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurship.The rapid development of micro finance companies has also encountered many problems.For example,the product has insufficient marketing innovation ability,the risk control system is not perfect,the financing channel is limited,the comprehensive quality of personnel is not matched,the tax is too high,and the market environment is fiercely competitive.This paper takes HX micro finance company as the research object,uses literature research method,interview method,marketing and other related theories to analyze,and uses PEST theory to deeply research and analyze the marketing environment of HX micro finance company;at the same time;Comprehensive interviews were used to comprehensively and deeply interpret the business situation of HX micro finance companies and the outstanding problems.The main problems of their credit business were serious product homogeneity,insufficient brand promotion,and team personnel quality.Lower,simple marketing.This article analyzes the problems faced by HX micro finance company in the market environment and the development of small loan industry,re-optimizes the direction of the company,proposes STP strategy for HX loan company credit business,and re-markets Targeting the customer target group market,analyzing and refining the customer group,designing new products,improving internal management,strengthening team building,expanding the construction of marketing channels,improving the image of the corporate brand,etc.,and formulating appropriate marketing mix strategies.This has important practical value for solving the practical problems of HX micro finance companies,and provides reference and reference value for the construction and development of the marketing market of micro finance industry in China.
