An Empirical Study On The Promotion Of Industrial Structure Upgrading By Venture Capital In Guangdong Province

In the new starting point of the new era,Guangdong Province is fully implementing the new requirements of “four adherences,three supports,two in the forefront” and “four in the forefront of the country” to accelerate the various undertakings of reform and development.Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and Dawan District are accelerating construction.Guangdong is accelerating industrial upgrading.Under the current development situation,as an important regional financial development center,Guangdong venture capital faces a rare opportunity.Vigorously promote the development of venture capital,further play the role of financial support for the upgrading of industrial structure,foster the development of Guangdong’s financial industry and the new highlights and growth points of financial center construction,and promote the construction of international venture capital center in Guangdong is of great significance.Based on the analysis of the status quo of Guangdong’s venture capital development,combined with the promotion status of industrial development,the paper points out that venture capital promotes the upgrading of industrial structure to a certain extent: driving the construction of industrial environmental system and providing environmental support for industrial structure upgrading.Guide the flow of venture capital into all-round fields,provide financial guarantee and comprehensive services for the realization of technological innovation achievements;promote the upgrading of traditional industries and the development of high-tech industries,promote the formation of higher-level industries;optimize resource allocation among industries;Provide value-added services for the upgrading of industrial structure,and draw relevant conclusions and recommendations.The empirical results show that the empirical test of time series data measurement regression shows that there is a positive correlation between the investment intensity of venture capital and the industrial structure optimization rate and employment ratio.In the long run,increase the risk investment.The investment intensity is conducive to the growth of industrial structure optimization rate and employment ratio,which is conducive to promoting the increase of output value and employment of high-tech industries,but this promotion has a certain time-lag.The significance of this paper is that since the investment method of venture capital has been introduced into China,research on this field has emerged in large numbers,but most of them are only introductions to a certain stage of the basic situation and operational mechanism.The research results on the upgrade of the entire industrial structure by venture capital are very good.Less,and research on specific provinces is even rarer.Therefore,this paper selects Guangdong Province,one of China’s major venture capital provinces,as an example.Using qualitative and quantitative methods to study the development of venture capital investment in Guangdong Province,and study the role of venture capital in the upgrading of Guangdong’s industrial structure,with a view to Guangdong Province.The venture capital theory community provides more adequate resources.
