Research On Business Transformation Strategy Of Sichuan SP Network Technology Co., Ltd

As a big economic class creditor's rights disputes increase and the rapid development of Internet,in order to solve the court and traditional auction "difficult to execute" Grey-zone,the Supreme People's Court issued in 2016 the Supreme People's Court on some issues of network of the people's court judicial auction rules,which leads to the domestic appeared a batch of judicial auction auxiliary institutions.However,since the state and many local governments have not formulated the corresponding charging policies for the auxiliary agencies,coupled with the influx of many Internet e-commerce platforms(such as Alibaba and JD.com)and real estate agents,the market of judicial auction auxiliary industry has been reborn in chaos.Under the trend of accelerating cross-border integration of Internet and auction industry,how to adapt to the rapid dynamic and uncertain changes of the external environment,and how to innovate the business model of Internet auction through business transformation and match with its own development strategy is the pain of transformation that every enterprise in the current judicial auction auxiliary industry must face.Based on the auction theory,strategic management theory and platform strategy theory,this paper selected Sichuan SP network technology co.,ltd.as the case study object,combined with the current operating status of the company,and with the help of SWOT,PESTEL and porter's five forces model analysis tools to in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the company's business transformation.Based on the analysis of the company's strategic positioning and the adjustment of the management goal,this paper use the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM)method to determine a diversified business transformation strategy.Such strategy would be implemented by optimizing the company's business structure and business channels,strengthening the internal control system,improving human resource management,expanding the network auction business and building network justice auction ecological alliance.Those specific safeguard measures help enterprises archive the business transformation strategy goal of "bad assets service platform",and explore the sustainable development path of diversification.This study can not only provide reference for domestic enterprises represented by traditional auction companies to transform into "Internet + diversified services" business,but also offer a new perspective and a new case study object for the further expansion of strategic management and platform strategy theory.
