Since the propulsion of the power system reform of our country,the competition environment of the domestic electric power market is gradually opening up.Many multinational companies have joined into the competition,and the competition among domestic electric power enterprises is increasing fiercely.Meanwhile,the power construction and development of overseas are unbalanced,especially in the developing countries which have broad prospects.In this complex and changeable circumstance,NARI Technology Co.,Ltd,as one of the companies with the largest market share in the power equipment industry,needs to maintain its competitive edge and seek for new profit growth points.Based on strategic management theory and Porter’s competitive strategy theory,this paper studies the development strategy of NARI Technology Co.,Ltd.By using comparative analysis method,PEST analysis method,five forces model and other analysis tools,this paper analyzes the macro environment in details,and summarizes the resources and capabilities of the company.In terms of external environment,China’s domestic macro environment is generally getting better.The domestic electricity market has a large capacity.Meanwhile,the overseas has a vast power equipment market.In terms of internal environment,compared with other domestic companies,NARI has the advantages of leading technology,complete product line and high market share.After using the SWOT model,the paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company,and summarizes the strategic management direction of the company.The company has a number of first-mover advantages,which is in the growing trend.In view of the new situation of the domestic and foreign markets where opportunities are greater than challenges,the company should adopt a growth-oriented development strategy.In the historic development opportunities of ‘Energy Internet’ and ‘Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things’ construction,NARI should continue implementing the product diversification,insisting on the leading technology,relying on the innovative management and accelerating the implementation of internationalization guided by the overall strategic goal.By using these measures,it can promote the core competitiveness and keep the competitive edge.In order to ensure the implementation’s efficiency of the above,this paper puts forward the supporting measures of perfecting the talent management system,strengthening the financial guarantee measures and building a harmonious corporate culture.By increasing the proportion of professional talents,the company’s construction level of the overall talent team will be improved.Establish the incentive mechanism combining with the short-term and long-term incentives,and further improve the talent management system.It will deepen the investment reform,accelerate the industrial restructuring,and improve its ability to operate capital.NARI should set up an open and diversified company’s overall value system,in order to truly achieve ‘global management,international thinking’. |
