| In contemporary society,due to economic development,the insurance industry has become an important pillar industry in the financial sector.The domestic insurance industry is fiercely competitive.As overseas insurance companies continue to set up foreign-funded insurance institutions in China,their market share has gradually increased,and the domestic insurance industry has also suffered a certain impact.Under the dual influence,domestic insurance institutions are striving to secure their place in the ever-changing market.The purpose of formulating the development strategy is to solve the problems faced by the development of the enterprise,and it is also a necessary condition for the survival and development of the enterprise.The objectives also provide a reference for other insurance companies to formulate development strategies.This article analyzes the current situation of the life insurance company Jilin Province branch,summarizes its development overview,and finds out the problems and reasons.At this stage,there are mainly problems such as imbalanced business structure,insufficient human resources,and weak customer management and development capabilities.In addition to external causes such as changes in the macro environment,the influencing factors of the problem include serious brain drain,imperfect marketing channels,and poor customer management In-place and other internal causes.This article conducts internal and external environmental analysis and SWOT analysis on the above issues of the company.According to the PEST model,the company’s development goals and prospects are analyzed under the current policy,economic,social,and technical background.The Porter five-force model was used to analyze the industry environment of property insurance from the aspects of the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of buyers,the threat of new entrants,the threat of substitutes,and the competitiveness of competitors in the industry.In terms of internal environment,the company’s own human resources,operation management,and corporate cultural environment were analyzed.Finally,the SWOT model was used to analyze and summarize the opportunities,threats,advantages,and disadvantages facing the company’s development.The conclusion is that the industry environment is improving,but there are still shortcomings in the company’s internal operations management and resources.It should choose the WO to reverse the disadvantages and find opportunities Strategy to lay a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable development.On this basis,based on the analysis of the large strategic matrix and the combination of SWOT analysis results and Porter’s three major competitive strategies,this article believes that the company’s current strategic choice is based on the WO reversed strategy,while cooperating with the implementation of horizontal integration and differentiated competitive strategies.Through the implementation of the horizontal integration strategy to rapidly increase premium income,achieve the company’s short-term goals and enter the industry’s first echelon;cooperate with the implementation of differentiated competition strategies to achieve long-term goals,improve the company’s core competitiveness,and become the industry leader.The implementation of the development strategy mainly starts from the four aspects of strengthening the company’s internal operation management,improving the company’s core market competitiveness,marketing investment and upgrading,and improving consumer relationship management.Finally,this article puts forward strategic guarantee measures in terms of institutional system safeguards and information technology safeguards. |
