Study On The Influencing Factors Of Guangxi's High-quality Economic Development Under The New Situation

"China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development," said the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).China's economic development has entered a new normal,that is,from high-speed economic growth to medium-low quality growth,so we must redefine the new connotation of economic growth drivers.According to Marx's theory of social reproduction,the contradictory movement between production,distribution,exchange and consumption determines the development of the national economy and the connotation of the driving force of economic growth.Therefore,an in-depth study of Guangxi's production,distribution,exchange and consumption will help to tap the new driving forces for high-quality economic development in the new era.Based on many economic development literatures,this paper constructs an economic quality system,measures the economic quality index based on Guangxi statistical yearbook and entropy calculation method,and analyzes the development trend and characteristics of Guangxi's economic quality vertically and horizontally.Thirdly,the influence factors were modeled and analyzed by means of measurement tools,and the abnormal factors in the development of Guangxi's economic quality were explored and analyzed by referring to the evidence over the years.It is found that under the influence of mediating effect,capital,labor and human capital in the production process can significantly inhibit the high-quality development of economy.The net export of the exchange link significantly inhibits the development of economic quality;In the distribution link,the narrowing of the urban-rural income gap has not played a significant role in promoting high-quality economic development.The social electricity consumption in the consumption link is affected by the mediating effect,which significantly inhibits thehigh-quality development of Guangxi's economy.Thus,the policy enlightenment is obtained: we should improve the production end,innovate the redistribution measures,transform to the development of high-quality trade and promote the development of the middle and high-end consumer market.
