In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's income level,the consumption and income level of the tertiary industry are also constantly improving.As a derivative product of the real estate industry,property management is developing at an amazing speed with the rapid rise of house prices in recent years.After years of market reform,the property management industry has begun to carry out management innovation and concept reform,and the requirements for the skills and quality of employees are also changing;as a labor-intensive industry,the property management industry,service quality and management level continue to restrict the development of the whole industry,therefore,the performance evaluation index of customer service personnel in property enterprises are studied,and it is very important to find out the existing problems and put forward a set of effective performance appraisal index system.This research takes X property company as an example.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of performance evaluation index system of customer service staff in X property company,and finds that there are two kinds of core problems:unreasonable setting of performance evaluation index content and unreasonable setting of index weight.Secondly,it expounds three reasons: the evaluation content is not focused,the evaluation index is not linked with the enterprise strategy,and the evaluation index doesn't fit with the feature of customer service personnel.Finally,the optimization strategy of customer service performance evaluation index system is put forward,which is designed from four aspects: core work index,personal learning growth index,scoring rules and index weightThis paper takes the actual enterprise employee performance appraisal as the research object,with the primary purpose of solving the actual problems of the company's performance appraisal index setting and improving the market competitiveness,as well as providing some references for the optimization and innovation of the performance appraisal index system of enterprises in the same industry.
