Research On Anti-poverty Effect Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy In Xinjiang

At present,in the pattern of economic development in China,poverty has been the main factor restricting the economic growth and social stability of a country or region.In line with poverty,the anti-poverty work has become the focus of the government,guided by the policy guideline of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the new generation of CPC central leadership has put forward a series of new ideas,new discussions and new requirements on the work of poverty alleviation in the new era.Around Chairman Xi Jinping more than once in the investigation of precision is put forward the importance of the policy for poverty alleviation,for poverty alleviation work more and more attention in our country,the precision of poverty alleviation,accelerate the process of anti-poverty has become the consensus of the government and the people.So how does targeted poverty alleviation policy work against poverty? What about its policy effect? What better way to reduce poverty in the future? This paper will elaborate on the above issues.The research methods used in this paper include literature research,empirical analysis and comparative analysis.Writing for the purpose of this paper is to through to the understanding of the precise poverty alleviation policy analysis,understand the practical effects of the policy to help the poor out of poverty,for Xinjiang anti-poverty further developed.Writing of this paper will be the key county of 27 national poverty alleviation and development in Xinjiang and three key county of autonomous regional poverty alleviation and development(hereinafter referred to as the key areas of poverty as a breakthrough point,by using the SVAR model analysis of funding for poverty alleviation poverty alleviation of poverty,the analysis results show that the poor by the phenomenon of poverty still exists,precise poverty alleviation policy remains to be further improved,the income distributionsituation is not optimistic,poverty alleviation funds investment to reduce poverty in poor areas in Xinjiang depth and breadth effect is more obvious,and the improvement of strength of poverty are faint.Through the changes of targeted poverty alleviation policy in Xinjiang and the policy implementation and policy contents,this paper analyzes the direct and indirect effects in the process of anti-poverty.Through Xinjiang region precise poverty alleviation policy to analyze the effects of poverty reduction,precise in Xinjiang region,the proposed policy recommendations of anti-poverty effect of poverty reduction policy research and other areas to reduce poverty precision poverty alleviation policy reference.Improve the precision in poverty area of poverty alleviation policy Suggestions including precision focus subject for poverty alleviation,optimize the precise mechanism for poverty alleviation,precision extension resources for poverty alleviation,increase the accurate channel for poverty alleviation,reinforcement of precision for poverty alleviation,etc.Through the summarization of the targeted poverty alleviation policy in other areas,we can draw some inspirations for the targeted poverty alleviation policy in Xinjiang.Finally,the paper concludes the thesis and points out the limitation of the thesis and the prospect of future research.
