In recent years,with the continuous development of the capital market,all walks of life have devoted themselves to optimizing the allocation of resources to obtain the maximum economic benefits,which has also led to an endless stream of events for equity competition among listed companies.Measures such as reducing holdings and exits,buying through stocks,and issuing shares will easily cause changes in the company's shareholder structure,which will affect the governance of listed companies.Mishandling will not only damage the operating conditions of listed companies,but also infringe the interests of small and medium shareholders,and will be a fatal blow to the company's long-term development.In 2015,China Vanke's control of the company occurred in the financial market.The incident lasted for two years from 2015 and basically ended in mid-2017.During the period,several group companies including “Baoneng”,Vanke,China Resources Group,Evergrande Group,Shenzhen Metro,etc.were involved,and fierce games were launched to compete for the shares and control of Vanke,which caused extensive discussions in various circles.This article uses the incident as a case to study the impact of changes in equity structure on the company's operating performance.In the introduction,the background of this case is combed from the aspects of social environment and academic discussion.The purpose,significance,content and method of the case are explained,and the typicality and representativeness of the case are pointed out.Chapter II gives a detailed introduction to the beginning and end of the case.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the relationship between changes in equity structure and the company's operating performance.Based on theoretical inferences,the company's stock price and financial indicators are used for empirical analysis and verification.The fourth chapter is conclusion and inspiration.
