With the rapid development of economic integration and the increasing complexity and uncertainty of the environment,the adaptability of corporate culture has increasingly become an important factor in the development of enterprises.Some scholars have said that the environment faced by enterprises is varied,and enterprises must enhance the adaptability of corporate culture to achieve better development.The degree of cultural adaptation affects the level of corporate performance.In the existing studies,the division of corporate culture and corporate cultural adaptability dimensions is not very clear,and it does not explain the specific relationship between corporate cultural adaptability and corporate performance.Therefore,based on the analysis of the components of cultural adaptability,this paper divides cultural adaptability into three aspects: organizational learning,organizational change and team trust.Existing literature pays little attention to the integration of these three aspects,which becomes the motivation and starting point for this paper to study the relationship between corporate cultural adaptability and corporate performance.Based on the research hypothesis of corporate cultural adaptability,job satisfaction and corporate performance,a model of the relationship between corporate cultural adaptability,job satisfaction and corporate performance is constructed.This paper takes iHandy and other enterprises as research objects,and forms a formal questionnaire for the research by measuring variables and combining the test results in the pre-investigation stage,so as to carry out an empirical investigation on the relationship between corporate cultural adaptability and corporate performance.SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0 statistical software were used to verify the questionnaire data.The results show that,first,corporate cultural adaptability has a significant positive driving effect on corporate performance through organizational learning and team trust.Second,the elements of corporate cultural adaptability and job satisfaction,job satisfaction and corporate performance have a positive impact.Thirdly,job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between corporate cultural adaptability and corporate performance.This paper deeply analyzes the relationship among corporate cultural adaptability,job satisfaction and corporate performance,and analyzes the mediating effect of job satisfaction.It makes up for the deficiency of the existing theoretical research on the relationship between corporate cultural adaptability and corporate performance,which is innovative to some extent.Finally,according to the development of enterprises put forward reasonable proposals,enterprises to improve the ability to adapt to the environment,according to market changes in a timely manner to adjust the development strategy,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,to achieve the healthy development of enterprises.
