Under the background of the new economic normal, promoting the development of high-tech industry can effectively promote the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, and realize high-quality economic growth, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and transformation of old and new energy. The development of regional high-tech industry mainly depends on the following two ways: one is to increase the input of innovation elements in the region, the other is to rely on the knowledge spillover from neighboring areas to promote the development of high-tech industry in this region. The input of innovation elements within the region is limited, and the potential of knowledge spillover in neighboring areas to promote the innovation efficiency of local high-tech industries needs to be further tapped.Because of the root nature of knowledge spillover, the influence of knowledge spillover on the technology innovation activities of high-tech industries in neighboring provinces will decline with the increase of space distance,so the explanation of spatial knowledge spillover of the technology innovation of high-tech industry is unsatisfactory. The temporary geographical proximity and traffic proximity will inevitably lead to the inter-regional flow of invisible knowledge and promote the improvement of innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in neighboring regions.Based on this,it is necessary to compare and analyze the spatial knowledge spillover effect of the technology innovation of high-tech industry from the perspective of multi-proximity.On the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant literatures, this paper expands the connotation of the concept of proximity, analyzes the mechanism of geographical proximity, traffic proximity and temporary geographical proximity to spatial knowledge spillover, and uses different spatial weight matrices to measure geographical distance proximity, traffic proximity, temporary geographical proximity and interaction proximity. In this paper,a gravitational model is introduced to measure temporary geographical proximity. On the basis of measuring the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in the 30 provincial administrative regions of China in the 2009-2016,the spatial distribution map of innovation efficiency of high-tech industries is plotted.Using exploratory spatial data analysis technology(ESDA),this paper discusses the global and local spatial autocorrelation of innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China.Based on the panel data from 30 provinces in mainland China from 2009 to 2016,this paper constructs a spatial autoregressive(SAR)panel model including proximity. This paper empirically analyzes and compares the influence of spatial knowledge spillover on the technological innovation activities of high-tech industries in China under three single dimensions of proximity and its interactive proximity. It is concluded that the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China shows obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics and spatial knowledge spillover effect.Under the proximity of single dimension, the spatial regression coefficient of traffic proximity is the largest rho, which indicates that the promotion of traffic proximity to the technology innovation of high-tech industry is better than that of geographical proximity and temporary geographical proximity. In two-dimensional,Under the proximity of three-dimensional interaction, the spatial regression coefficient of traffic and temporary geographical proximity adjacent to the Rho is the largest, indicating that the proximity of traffic and temporary geographical interaction to the technology innovation of high-tech industries is better than the other three adjacent; In terms of the factors influencing the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, the regional enterprise scale,GDP per capita contributes significantly to the improvement of innovation efficiency of regional high-tech industries, while government support and expenditure on technical transformation funds spend on the contrary, their improvement will lead to the reduction of innovation efficiency of regional high-tech industries. Finally,on the basis of the research conclusion,it provides the scientific basis for the promotion of technological innovation ability of high-tech industry, the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and the formulation of regional coordinated innovation policy.
