With the strong push of internet and the age of information,global enterprises are trying everything to keep their market position.Specially to overthrow traditional industries,the core of battle is for efficiency.As a media,informatization has launched a profound change that affects all level of humanity with the power of changing everything.In this change,distributors are no longer to make profit from information asymmetry as everything is transparent in the age of information.The new way for distributors to win the battle is to provide strong service as well as to offer quick and precise supply chain solution.At the same time,the method to optimize the operation mode inside enterprises is key of the change.The result of optimization can be presented as profit directly after improvement of operation performance.Company A is a global leading distributor in electronics component industry.With successful M&A strategy,it has reach the 1st position of its industry.After entering Asia Pacific market in 1990 s,Company A is well known among the whole industry.Under the support of global headquarter,Company A still need to improve the capability of operation control among all branch in APAC to keep the favorite position and reduce operation cost to obtain higher profit return.It is vivid feedback of business strategy to connect operating process with informatization,control cost and fulfill the cost optimization solution,so to optimize the operating process,manage cost and change organizational structure are expected to follow the decision.Based on operation management and supply chain management theory,Company can be detailed analyzed current operating method and figure out the solution to existing issues.By analysis and optimization of operating process,reinforced control of cost as well as pursued high efficiency operating mode with changing organizational structure to increase the profit rate of business.In the other hand,all optimization initiatives rely on strong support from company top management,in order to ensure proposed initiatives can be taken actions.
