The Research On The Strategy To Develop C Bank Shanghai Branch's Tech-credit Service

Nowadays the rising hi-tech industries with the new generation information technology at their core have been the propellant engine of the world's economic development as well as a key to international competition.It's been the task of China's commercial banks to provide supports from the perspective of a credit lender,when seeking new point of entries in an attempt to support China's entrepreneurs and optimizing their own credit structure,for the hi-tech industries by solving tech-SMES's difficulty in securing a credit facility.Under the same task,measures have been taken by the banks towards the advancement of their tech-credit business.This thesis aims to analyze the problems present in the tech-credit business with C bank Shanghai branch as a subject in the study.First of all,the research background is clearly stated,preceding a review of literature in and outside China and a probe into current practical situation of tech-SMEs credit in China.Secondly,take C Bank Shanghai Branch as a subject in the study of its tech-credit business to identify persistent problems like credit under-allocation,growth slowdown,inadequate product development,uneven progress among sub-branches.The reasons were discovered through in-depth interviews of business managers to include a lack of determination,inefficient evaluation mechanism,failure to implement business specialization and a lack of matching strategy.Finally,raise proposals from aspects including strengthening of organizational structure,carrying out business specialization,innovating evaluation mechanism,forming matching strategies regarding customer and industry picking,product developing and risk control,in a hope to continuously enhance the comprehensive strength of C Bank's tech-credit business and promote the sustainable development of the bank.
