Trans-Matic Precision Metal Forming(Suzhou)Co.,Ltd.was established in Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province in 2005,and has been growing very fast.Technical know-how of deep-draw stamping industry is the strength of Trans-Matic(Suzhou).These years,the main international competitors have entered into China,and some Chinese local stamping companies started to learn and try deep-draw stamping process,it makes the competition in the industry more intensely.This thesis analyses the external and internal factors about Trans-Matic(Suzhou),with the experience of deep-draw stamping technology and production of many years,the company should work together with the researching and developing departments to develop new projects,and to do continuous improvement for existing projects as well.Then the company can improve the value to customers.This is the VA/VE strategy.For better implement of the VA/VE strategy,Trans-Matic(Suzhou)should keep improving the technical abilities and the skill of engineering people,improving the technical communication and co-design,improving and speeding up the prototyping capability.This will serve customers better and make a better future for Trans-Matic(Suzhou).
